To exchange SIP messages across analog cellular channels, Asterisk 2 configures dedicated handshaking instructions targeting Dinstar hardware arrays. The architecture maps explicit socket channels to individual modem registration ports.

Technical Handshaking Configurations

1. Independent Port Mapping Strings

Every GSM module card presents an isolated SIP identity registration over discrete port increments:

  • Port 0: 5062
  • Port 1: 5064
  • Port 2: 5066

2. Echo Cancellation Calibration

Hardware profiles implement strict non-linear echo processing (echocancel=yes) directly at the Dinstar DSP level. This scrubs analog reflection noises completely prior to delivering digital audio streams back to PBX listening blocks.
