Technical Attribute Guidelines
1. Polling Safeties
Database connections querying cluster metrics disable connection concurrency tracking entirely. This lets background logic sweep stale rows reliably without causing database index read deadlocks.
2. Operational Logic Mapping
When physical server CPU loads spike over configured alert boundaries, background management modules update the is_active flag directly, completely dropping incoming least-loaded proxy assignments.
